It displayed up to a certain amount which was obscene, somewhere in the billions, it registered it was still increasing past but the number was frozen until I drained the multiblock.

When placed down near a Energy Storage Multiblock structure with a block of Glass on top of it, it allows RF to be either pumped in or out of the structure.
